Charlie Fink is an AR/VR Consultant, Columnist, Speaker and the Author of "Charlie Fink's Metaverse, An AR Enabled Guide to VR & AR." He is a former Disney, AOL and AG Interactive executive who notably came up with the idea for "The Lion King" while a junior executive in 1987. In the 90s, Fink was EVP & COO of VR pioneer Virtual World Entertainment. He is a sought-after professional speaker whose numerous appearances include SXSW, CES, and AWE. Fink is the contributing editor of Virtual Reality Pop, a Medium publication for whom he writes a popular weekly column. In addition to his work as head of story development for Disney Feature Animation during the second golden age of Disney animation (‘85-’92), Fink was SVP & CCO of AOL Studios (‘95-’99). His past experience also features successful exits from several startups, including eAgents, which sold to AG Interactive, where he then served as President for three years, and Charlie Company, an SEO/SEM affiliate marketer and consultancy that most notably created "The Other 98%" for client Moveon.org in 2009, which now has over 6 M followers on Facebook. Charlie Company was sold in a private transaction in 2014. Charlie Fink is also a producer of live theater in NYC. He is the Producing Artistic Director of the New Musical Foundation, a non-profit that supports the development of new musicals and has won over 15 awards for its productions. From 2007-2017 Fink was Chairman of the Drama Desk Award-winning NY Musical Festival.

From his first days at Microsoft, Darren has been focused on innovation. His initial prototype contributions to KINECT came early in the platforms development and wowed execs, and he quickly progressed to creative direction of KINECT Adventures. The title offered a new arena for human interaction and was a critical piece in future exploration of human expectation for natural interactions. Darren moved from success at KINECT to leading edge development, from concept to ship, on Microsoft HoloLens. He drove software incubation efforts, creative direction of the experiences portfolio and finally, shipped UX for the first Mixed Reality operating system - Windows Holographic. Today, he's back home in British Columbia and applying the power of Mixed Reality to the modern workplace.

Elizabeth Baron is a Technical Specialist in Virtual Reality and Advanced Visualization at Ford Motor Company. She has been the driving force in the development and deployment of immersive vehicle verification technology at Ford Motor Company. She is the principle inventor of the Ford immersive Vehicle Environment (FiVE) process and technology. Elizabeth became the first Virtual Reality Technical Specialist at Ford, a position she asked to create so she could grow the technology within the Company. Since creating FiVE, she has worked to bring immersive storytelling for user experience into Ford with an effective marriage of the virtual and physical worlds. Elizabeth was awarded the highest individual technical award in Ford Motor Company, the Dr. Haren Gandhi Research and Innovation Award, honoring her career in immersive visualization and her technical leadership.

Alex Chuang is the Co-founder of Shape Immersive, a blockchain-enabled augmented reality platform that allows brands to build immersive and scalable location-based experiences. Frank Soqui, Vice President & General Manager in VR, Gaming and Esports at Intel Corporation Frank Soqui is shaping Intel’s client business in growth segments such as VR, gaming, and esports. He currently leads the Gaming division after over two years as general manager of Virtual Reality focused on Intel’s commercial and consumer immersive technology strategy. As a 36-year Intel veteran, he has represented Intel in over 50 high-profile interviews worldwide. Previous leadership roles include: Technical Compute Cloud and Client General Manager, Workstation Group General Manager, and General Manager in what is known today as IOT with a highly visible presence in live TV interviews, keynotes, and commercials. Frank has held leadership roles Digital Office, Desktop PC and Telecom groups. Transformation, creativity, and growth are his passion.

Raj Puran is Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, part of the Client Computing Group (CCG) in the Virtual Reality, Gaming and Esports group (VRGE) at Intel Corporation. He is responsible for defining and executing on VRGE’s strategy for Location Based Entertainment and World Wide Commercial VR Experiences. Puran has also executive produce several highly immersive VR experiences with the Smithsonian American Art Museum and several higher education programs including the University of Texas and Texas A&M University. Puran joined Intel in 1995 as a co-op software engineer for the Information Technology group. He has held various development and engineering roles at Intel spanning server CPU technology, enterprise solutions, desktop client, communications, film production technology, content creation and audio technology. Before assuming his current position, Puran was business development manager for the Enthusiast Desktop business segment of CCG, working on audio, film and VR content creation and consumption segments. He holds several patents in audio and video technology and has also represented Intel in many public appearances and at conferences where he has delivered many keynote speeches. His high profile work has been instrumental in the introduction of Intel VR to the general public, the museum industry and has led partnerships with many key players in the VR industry. Puran also is a key advisor to the Intel Capital team on strategic investments in VR. Puran holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from U.C. Davis and in Economics from University of Phoenix. In addition to his responsibilities at Intel, he is member of the Immersive Technology Alliance, working to improve the viability, advancement and adoption of virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality, stereoscopic 3D and related future innovations.

Vinay Narayan is the Vice President of Product Management and Operations for HTC VIVE as well as a Board Member and Advisor for various VR and AR companies. As a customer focused product strategist, he oversees the portfolio of products for HTC including XR, Mobile, 5G and other emerging tech. He's always looking at how to scale teams to build the products to solve tomorrow's problems. Vinay is very active in the XR community including board advisory, keynote speaker and strategy guide.

Kyle Roche is the General Manager of Amazon Sumerian. Kyle was the founder of 2lemetry which was acquired by Amazon in 2015 and became AWS IoT. Prior she was EVP of Media & Marketing at Singularity University and VP Marketing at NBCUniversal. Joanna developed a TV show partnership with NBC and Singularity University for “The Awesome Show,” a new TV series on technology and innovation. Joanna was selected as “50 Women Can Change the World in Media and Entertainment,” “Top Women in Digital: Game Changers,” “101 Women Leading the VR Industry”. Her previous experience includes McKinsey, JP Morgan Chase and DHL. She has degrees from Northwestern University and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
