Global Customer Success Manager

The Global Customer Success Manager is tasked with ensuring that each and every customer has a wildly successful relationship with the company, and becomes a raving fan, that continues to see value in the services provided by the company, and remains a long-term customer. 

We are looking for a high-energy and passionate person to join our growing team. This person understands the value of cultivating customer relationships and consistently advocating a cycle of customer success and improved customer experience by ensuring our customers are using our products and services and seeing value. You will engage with our global customers to drive member engagement and satisfaction, with the ultimate goal of high customer retention, through ensuring customer satisfaction. You will aim to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience, showcase the full value of Immerse Growth Network across our network of associations and business growth workshops and conferences by communicating regularly with our customers, tacking their engagement and use of services, and helping to keep them engaged, and ultimately, being satisfied with the value of our products and services. You’ll also support our global network of Chapter Leaders and Chapter Presidents by holding them accountable for delivering value to our customers and members, highlighting them through awards and accolades, and guiding them with best practices to ensure they are providing the most value to our customers. Business Development and Sponsorship Specialist

Working towards annual revenue targets, you will work on Business Development and sell Sponsorships for the VR/AR Association, Re:Tech Association, and Immerse Global Summit Events. 

The Specialist will help us to grow our impact with partnerships by:

  • Maintaining an understanding of key industry trends and the global innovation ecosystem, including competitive products

  • Being a point of contact for partnership development for inbound and outbound lead generation, including conducting research on partnerships across institutes, corporates, and other industry partners

Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist role will be responsible for creating and maintaining the social media accounts for The VR/AR Association and the Immerse Global Summit Series of Events.  Working alongside the Executive Director and Global Events Director, the Social Media Specialist will work on several projects and campaigns.  This is an ideal role for someone excited about the tech industry and familiar with trends in virtual and augmented reality, blockchain, entertainment, and other immersive technologies.  This role will begin as a part-time role, with the chance for more hours to be added, especially around the event dates.
