Joel is a serial entrepreneur with a strong background in computer science, mathematics and marketing. In addition to his 70 pending patents (and counting), he has been awarded sixteen utility (software) patents and four design patents. His past work includes creating a digital randomization engine used to generate nonlinear experiences for online gaming, education, and military training. One of his most recent projects includes utilizing blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies to help e-commerce empty their abandoned shopping carts. Joel’s current focus is creating a programmatic advertising exchange for Extended Reality (XR).

Under his guidance, Trivver has created a highly sophisticated programmatic XR ad exchange that can auto-scale a single 3D object across any XR environment all a while ensuring that all ads are free from non-human traffic. Trivver's comprehensive advertising platform will help accelerate the growth and monetization of 3D, augmented, virtual and mixed reality technologies for all stakeholders in the digital ecosystem, including content publishers, advertisers, brands, agencies and consumers.
