Dirk Schart is a marketing and growth-driven tech exec with an innovation mindset who lived and worked in the Silicon Valley, in Barcelona, Munich and Los Angeles. With his startup, entrepreneur and leadership experience, a crowd collaboration background as well as his deep understanding of software, agile product development and early-stage technology markets, he helps startups to make the right decisions on the growth journey.
In his current mission with the Augmented Reality startup RE'FLEKT, Dirk builds the US operations in the Silicon Valley from day one and manages to become one of the global leaders in Enterprise AR. Dirk was one of the first employees of RE‘FLEKT, funded by global companies such as Bosch and BASF, and today plays a leading role in Enterprise AR. As RE'FLEKT's CMO, Dirk created a unique brand image and achieved with his marketing and growth strategy an enormous visibility leading to several investments of global Industry players.
Previously, Dirk built the Digital Innovation Lab for Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, for which he continues to work as an advisor. Within four months, Dirk built a team and developed the first MVP. As the co-founder of MobilityOS, an AI-powered travel marketplace with a digital identity, he and his team created a new way of passenger experience – based on early customer feedback and market validation. Dirk also directs the AR/VR team for HyperloopTT.

Marv Su has over 20 years experience in marketing and business development at consumer electronics, semiconductor, online services, and Internet advertising companies. As Senior Director of Marketing at Analogix Semiconductor, a leading provider of display controllers for virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) headsets, he led Analogix’s corporate marketing team and mobile accessories business unit and was the marketing lead for an industry initiative to standardize the VR hardware interface for mobile devices and PCs. Prior to Analogix, Marv held marketing and business development management positions at Vindicia, eMusic.com, Intuit, Infoseek, and Apple. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a M.S. in Management from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.
Co-Vice President of Marketing & Events
Peter has over 20 years’ technical marketing and product evangelism experience with video processing, LCD/OLED display and streaming technology companies. Recently at Analogix, a leading provider of display controllers for VR/AR headsets such as VIVE, Magic Leap, Oculus and others, he established the TruePix lab for performance testing and calibration of HMDs and gaming monitors. Having worked for both global and startup companies, he has been a consultant to engineering teams pushing to deliver a superior end-user front-of-screen experience. He was recently a contributing member to the ICVR standard and the VESA Display Performance Metrics (DisplayHDR) and AR/VR task groups.
Director of University Relations
Jyotsna built University of Southern California (USC) VR/AR student community (VRSC) and the Inter-Collegiate XR group (ICXR) while pursuing her Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. Fondly known as ‘Jyo,’ she graduated earning USC Viterbi’s Most Inspirational Award and the title of ‘Young Entertainment Professional’ from Hollywood Professional Association (HPA). She developed interactive, immersive experiences and drove R&D efforts at Disney ABC, Warner Bros., USC Gamepipe, and USC ICT MxR Studio. She drove several customer-facing activities and product growth initiatives as the first employee and Product Manager for a Silicon Valley-Madrid tech startup, YBVR, for streaming premium-quality VR videos. With over 3 years of experience in the serious-games, media and sports-tech industry, she is an advisor for Women in Sports-Tech (WiST) and currently, a Program Manager for an Open-Innovation advisory firm, Mind the Bridge, scouting for new technologies and driving global corporates through startup M&As.
Jeremy has over 15 years experience providing leadership and strategic vision to startups and S&P500 companies, from software and consumer electronics to augmented reality. As Senior Director and head of Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality Development for Flex (NASDAQ:FLEX), he led the global operations for a new business unit, focused on helping hardware companies go-to-market quickly, leveraging an in-house designed reference platform. He has always been obsessively focused on user experience and how people engage with and interact with technology. Jeremy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and M.Eng. and B.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Cornell University, and has served as an advisor to several startups.
