WELCOME TO THE JORDAN CHAPTER OF THE GLOBAL ASSOCIATION FOR VR AND AR
Located at the heart of the Middle East, the stable, secure, and progressive Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has a thriving tech ecosystem which plays a major role as the regional hub of technology. With the capital Amman ranked as one of the top 10 global cities to create a startup, and access to a large highly skilled local workforce, Jordan continues to attract global leading technology companies and adopt the latest next-generation tech. Jordan is the Technology Bridge between the East and West, and the Gateway to the MENA region’s high-potential market.
The Jordanian VRARA Chapter is dedicated to building the local VR/AR ecosystem infrastructure, with alliances, partnerships, and advocacy of VR market potentials.
Through establishing VR Labs, development workshops, and constantly growing the network of VR/AR companies and experts, the Chapter will continue placing Jordan as the regional hub for VR/AR.

Mohammed is a vivid Virtual Reality enthusiast, Co-Founder and CEO of Beladcom Studios, a Jordan-based high-end gaming and VR development studio. Mohammed has led the production and distribution of Virtual Worlds and Online Games with creative inspiration from ancient Arabian Nights mythologies that appealed to users worldwide. His early fascination started in immersive 3D experiences, online virtual worlds, and ultimately the VR/AR booming industry with the captivating sci-fi-like experience of being inside and part of immersive virtual worlds. Mohammed has been an active part of the VR ecosystems in Silicon Valley, Silicon Beach, Silicon Hills, and Tokyo, Japan.
Talal Arfouar, Director
Talal is a serial tech entrepreneur in the game development and VR industries, with first-hand experience in both public and private sectors. He has produced strategic plans and frameworks that incorporate a wide body of expertise to influence the next phase of immersive tech adoption, which looks further to explore the expansion of a VR solutions dedicated hub for Jordanian market needs.
