Trista Pierce is the Business Development Lead at Niantic, driving strategic partnerships and spatial computing solutions across industries. She entered the XR field in 2020 as a Senior Digital Strategist at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she advanced digital transformation through XR, 5G, IoT, and Digital Twin technologies for public sector clients. At Niantic, she uses her expertise to identify impactful use cases and scale adoption of Niantic’s Spatial Platform. A former U.S. Navy Nuclear Reactor Operator, Trista holds an MISM from Carnegie Mellon University and is passionate about connecting emerging tech with real-world enterprise value.
