This session is a fireside chat between Pradeep Khanna, Executive Director Asia Pacific and Global Co-Chair Education, VRARA and Prof. Dr. Ir. Vinesh Thiruchelvam, Deputy Vice Chancellor, APU.

We are living in a new normal shaped by once in a lifetime low probability high impact Covid event. As a result technology is becoming ever pervasive in the way we live, learn, work and socialise. Emerging technologies and in particular immersive technologies have got a significant boost in the new normal. Likewise skills and education are getting reshaped. Add the New Education Policy (NEP) to this heady mix and we find more and more higher education institutions looking to go down the VR AR XR path with lots of questions about how to undertake this journey/validation of their journey.
