Ben Bauert Chapter Co-President ben@thevrara.com LinkedIn

Ben (MBA, LLB/BA) is the founder and CEO of Unleashed VR.  Unleashed VR creates virtual reality training programs that help people improve the non-technical skills critical to their success at work.  The company has been building an immersive training methodology that specifically focuses on the development of these workplace behaviours and soft skills.

Ben believes that as AI and automation change our workplaces at an unprecedented speed, workers must seize the opportunity today to prepare for a near future in which our soft skills, social skills and emotional intelligence become increasingly important to maintain relevance in a technology dominated economy.

Through the accumulation of his experiences as a lawyer, working overseas and studies across various disciplines, Ben firmly believes immersive training has unique attributes which enable us to learn and develop far more quickly and effectively than other training methods.  Ben is willing to take bets that immersive training will be pervasive across every major industry by 2020.
