This premier B2B event will exhibit new Data Visualisation trends and challenges. It will help to identify effective approaches and UX solutions to develop visualisation literacy and facilitate the exploration of data for non-technical users.
Over the course of two days, the summit will begin with a focus on the impact of Dataviz on companies’ decision-making and how worldwide leading organisations are taking advantage of it in their BI strategies to increase efficiency and innovation. From its application in machine learning and collaborative BI, to the creation of an Agile process through interactive reporting and real-time dashboards, these are some of the topics that will be explored.
On day 2, we will carry on with this topic but offer two tracks:
Track A – Data storytelling This track will focus on the use of data-driven sales & marketing strategies to understand costumer behaviour and drive targeting and engagement. We will talk about data exploration and the power of data journalism as a new lens of communication for ideas and stories. Finally, yet importantly, we will talk about trustworthy data and how easy is to deceive people with visualisations.
Track B – Techie trends Track B will focus on the toys and trends for the techie in all of us. This includes, the pros and cons of applying VR and AI into Data Visualisation, data sketching and processing, and how to clean data in order to reduce errors without missing any important information. We will also talk about tools and techniques to help explore and process high-dimensional data to extract useful data visualisations. Furthermore, in this track we will provide tips & tricks on how to avoid some common graphical mistakes.
